Crossover Linux

It's been described as wine (Linux) on steroids. I want to get away from windows at work. The cost for windows IMO is getting out of control. So, of course there's one site I must use that won't run on anything other than Internet Explorer. Tried just about every Browser available I could find for Ubuntu Linux. Google was my friend and I stumbled on codeweavers Crossover Linux. It's not a free Program but, it's far cheaper than windows and it will run IE 6 well enough inside Ubuntu so the site I need works ( It's a Java script thing for you Computer geeks out there) well enough so I can do what I need. There is a free trial available. Just my $.02
