EC Jumps in on AMD Suit

Yesterday's news, but worth a comment nonetheless: the antitrust lawsuit by AMD against Intel now is now playing out in the U.S., Japan, and Europe. The steady drip, drip, drip of unfavorable news is a PR nightmare, for sure. It will likely continue for years, given the slow pace of the judicial system. It will be very difficult for Intel to emerge with all its good-will and credibility intact.
