The Microsoft Developer's Network web sites are fascinating places to cruise. The link above will take you to a part of it which contains blogs by MS employees. While there's a huge amount of "rah-rah" for MS, there's also a lot of interesting information. Some of what I've read there has actually helped me in my work and much of it is entertainingly informative.
Not only is it a human face to a company I rarely perceive in that way, it also tells us a lot about where MS is heading; meaning where all of us will be, soon enough.
