1) To start off this round I thought I would put up a site that can help you sort out some of the crazier stuff we get sent to us. I have gotten so many emails, chain letters with the most unbelievable stuff, the example am using is a recent email I got about a mule attacking a mountain lion. 2) This is for the people out there who like to use herbs, this is the best herb site I have found, lots of information with out the sales pitch I play here a lot and have not seen an ad for anything. 3) Being here in Alaska and trying to understand why I have so much trouble adjusting to the 22 hours of light, yea the days are that long. Any it has been driving my circadian rhythms totally out of whack, since I got here, not sure what to expect when I get back to Las Vegas, but anyway doing a little research on the subject I ran across this site from Australia on Edgar Casey I linked an article on light and the pineal gland, melatonin, light, jet lag, and their relationships pretty interesting. http://www.cayce.egympie.com.
