Adobe fixes critical flaws in Reader, Acrobat - ZDNet.co.uk

"Adobe has released patches for 13 holes in its popular Reader and Acrobat software products, some of them critical."

I guess this means its safe to use Adobe Reader again, If you using an older version make sure to upgrade it for free.
