Judge rebukes SCO, blocks sale, appoints bankruptcy trustee

"These bankruptcy cases have been pending for 23 months. Were the Court to approve the Sale Motion, Debtors sole business would be the Litigation, putting aside the Mobility business which is of de minimis value. There would be no plan of reorganization and instead, all that the Debtors would have to show for their millions of dollars of post-petition losses is the Litigation," the Judge wrote.
