"Is it OK to Use OEM Windows on Your Own PC? Don't Ask Microsoft"
This is interesting I don't know many people that read the EULA these days. (I do know someone that took 3 days to read the EULA for Skype.)
I'm a registered system builder with Microsoft so I'm OK. I don't think Microsoft is enforcing this part of the License.
I like Windows 7 better than any other OS from Microsoft. Try it you'll like it! :)
