Windows 7

I've revised my opinion of Windows 7 somewhat. I did install it and from what I see, it's very good. Why did Microsoft have to make upgrading so difficult. Why not allow upgrades from XP? Why make upgrading so confusing? If I could upgrade from XP and the price weren't so darn high, I'd do it. MS you've taken a good OS and tarnished it with the upgrade confusion and it wouldn't hurt to lower the price a bit. $174 for a win 7 pro upgrade? That's too much.
