An interesting article by Mark Rasch of Security Focus in The Register. It's a couple days old, so some of you may have seen it. Still, it's worth posting because it poses some interesting questions such as; can you be sued for breach of contract by removing the spyware from something you downloaded and clicked through the EULA for?
